Brooklyn Cultural Adventures Program

Want to WORK HARD and PLAY HARD this summer? Want to make an impact in the lives of young people?  Want to share your passion for learning, the arts, sciences, and culture? Appy for BCAP!
4 Feb 2024

Brooklyn Cultural Adventures Program is hiring camp counselors for the 2024 season. Counselors get to work with staff from cultural institutions across Brooklyn and get hands on experiences with great informal education happening up-close. This is a perfect opportunity for any intern alumni interested in museums, arts, culture, or education (you must had at least a High School diploma or be over 18 years old).

Counselors work alongside a team of counselors and interns in supervising and engaging a group of 23 children during three 2-week sessions. Each day, groups take two trips where they engage in hands-on activities with educators at the partner institutions, weaving connections between art, science, culture, technology, and nature; and having fun! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in museums, arts, and culture – and if you just love working with kids!
