BioBus Junior Scientist Internships offer NYC high school and college students paid opportunities to gain research and teaching experience in science exploration.
Program Details:
• Paid hourly positions
• Based in Harlem (citywide availability) and Lower East Side (for LES and Chinatown students)
• Summer program: July – August 2026
• School year program: October 2026 – June 2027 (once weekly)
What You'll Do:
• Gain hands-on research experience
• Develop teaching skills
• Work in science exploration and education
• Engage with community science programs
• Learn from experienced mentors
Eligibility:
• High school or college students in NYC
• Passion for science exploration
• Interest in research and teaching
